[IBL] GTY trade flier, draft edition

With solid starting pitching, a couple good relievers, and a mediocre
offense, it's looking like I don't have the assets to realistically compete
next season, so it's probably time for an almost complete rebuilding.  I'm
not going to list out every guy and their selling points, if you are
interested, let me know and we can have a rational discussion.

Of my hitters, I'm not likely to trade CLE Brantley unless someone is
offering a premium, and TB Longoria and TEX Profar are probably staying
put, and I'll have a hard time dealing TB Jennings.  Everyone else though,
I'd be willing to deal if an agreement can be reached.  (But feel free to
make an offer on anyone, even the guys I'm saying I'll likely keep).

For pitching, everyone is available, but I'm not likely to trade more than
one of my "big 3" - CIN Cueto, OAK Lester, WAS Zimmermann.  All should have
outstanding cards and I'll be looking for at least a #1 pick, highly
regarded prospect, or top hitter for any of them.  LAN Jansen is probably
staying put, but the rest of my bullpen is available.

So basically, I'll talk about anyone, but the few I mentioned I'd have to
get the "right deal" to move.
