[IBL] Morin-Heights Blues hire a president of Baseball operations

With the team having made the choice to look to the future, the decision to hire a president of Baseball operations was unavoidable. In demonstrating his boundless faith in and commitment to the new team president, owner and director general, Jocelyn Labbé, agreed to part with 50% of his shares in favor of new team president Joe Schafer. To explain his decision Labbé stated, "No partnership can be productive without a common vision and complete commitment to the organization." The new organigram will facilitate our quest to become the most successful team at developing draft picks and young players. Neither Schafer nor Labbé would discuss the rumors surrounding a possible move of the franchise to Ohio.
