[IBL] cards complete

Everyone should thank Chris/MAD, Mike/KAT, and Larry/SFP for their help with the DL data.  All ratings are done and the cards should be considered complete at this point.  This is your last chance to find and report errors.

You will notice that some batter cards have a "lf/rf" rating.  This is a combined rating based on all of their OF defensive data.  It has no impact on the 2014 IBL season, just like the BF rest/fatigue ratings.  Starting next season OF are going to get the same range rating in lf/rf (based on combined data, like arm ratings are done now) so I wanted everyone to be able to see how that's going to work as well spark some thought about potential rules changes for 2015.
