[IBL] new pitcher cards

I've uploaded a new version of the pitcher cards that includes brand new BFP-based fatigue and rest ratings that I've been working on.  Obviously we are playing the 2014 IBL season with the old PtP ratings, but I wanted to get these on the cards so that people who are inclined can help me play-test the new system.  I had to squeeze some of the other ratings in order to find room to fit everything on the card.  Please let me know if you have any feedback on the formatting, etc.

Please wait until I've had a chance to write up the new BFP fatigue/rest rules before you start asking me questions about the new system/ratings.
