[IBL] Playoff Boxes

Look at wiki and if your boxes aren't up-to-date, I will not be  
processing any of your transactions until they are in, this includes  
you having a legal 25 man roster when we start.  I don't care who is  
responsible for them getting in, they should be in.  There is a -3 for  
each week it is late and since Matt and I technically finished the  
season on 2/2, everyone who doesn't have them in should have -12 IP.

I am not debating this, bitch all you want, I don't care.  I have  
talked to one of the powers to be and they don't object.

GET THEM IN!!!!
