I've had a couple questions about the catcher arm ratings. The first thing to keep in mind is that you can't look at raw CS% because all CS where the pitcher had an assist (i.e. pickoffs) are removed. Additionally, this year changed how ratings that depend on the pitcher/catcher battery combo (sb & wp/pb) are calculated. In the past catchers were assigned an arm rating based purely on their cs%, but now they are adjusted two factors: 1) how the same pitchers did with other catchers, and 2) cs% of all pitchers caught weighted by playing time. The end result is fairer, but you can no longer assume that if a catcher has a higher cs% than another that he will end up with an equal or better arm rating. For example, Russ Martin has a -3 arm with a 0.3718 cs% (29cs/49sb) but Yadier Molina only is -2 with 0.4222 cs% (19cs/26sb). This is because the pitchers that Martin caught had a weighted avg cs% of 0.2123 and those pitchers only managed a 0.0612 cs% (3cs/46sb!) with non-Martin catchers. Molina's same numbers were 0.4304 and 0.3200 (8cs/17sb). When I have more time I'll write up a more detailed explanation, but I hope that this helps clear up any unexpected results in the ratings.
