[IBL] MAD Roster Reworking

Well, it turns out I was a little too smart for my own good and ended up
with too many pitchers and not enough position players. So, I am looking to
get some of the following:

* LF who can give me ~300PA who is an upgrade on WAS Hairston
* utility infielder who can give me ~200PA and is an upgrade on LAN Hairston
* starting pitcher who can give me about 10 starts

I can trade some of my relief help away and picks. Amongst the relievers I
would say the following aren't going anywhere unless it's an offer that
greatly improves my team

OAK Balfour
BOS Breslow
CIN LeCure
BAL O'Day

Amongst picks, we can talk about anything other than my 1st and 2nd
rounders. Enquire within.
