[IBL] SKY-BAL Trade

After long talks with Tex Giavotella and his inability to play the outfield and unwillingness to try a new position, GM of SKY put him up for trade.  We mutual agreements between GM of BAL and GM of SKY the following Trade has been made.

SKY #7 and TEX Giavotella for BAL #8 and WAS Hairston
