[IBL] comments on mid-season ballot

Already voted, but wanted to offer input on MIS logging: I play nearly all
of my games, home and away, FTF and have only dealt with MIS logging a
handful of times since I started.

With that said, I've handled MIS play the same as if I was playing FtF,
typing in the defense and offense for both teams. It's really not as big of
a deal as it seems to be.
