For the ballot items, please vote by sending email to <vote at ibl.org> using the following template:

votes must be YES, NO, or ABSTAIN

** Note: Even if you vote NO on 2014-4a you may want to vote YES on 2014-4b/2014-4c as they only apply if 2014-4a passes **

** Note: 2014-10a/10b are mutually exclusive.  Please indicate a preference regardless of how you vote.  A vote of YES on one and NO on the other is sufficient to indicate preference.  If both pass, whichever receives the majority of preference votes will be enacted. **

Votes are due by Monday, Aug 4.  Each IBL team receives one vote.  Teams with co-owner(s) should co-ordinate to ensure only one vote is cast.  Teams that do not vote are subject to a -5 IP penalty.
