[IBL] comments on mid-season ballot

Yes, and in the IBL as well. The point I was making is that the MLB restriction of missing the next series is applied when the roster move is made during the series. I can't seem to find any mention of a MLB rule the forces a player to miss two series if he is removed from a playoff roster between series.
To summarize:
1) Both MLB and current IBL rules (3.3.2) allow roster changes between series.
2) Both MLB and current IBL rules (3.3.3) allow injury replacement during a series, with the removed player being required to miss the following series.
Is there any evidence that MLB requires players removed between series (case 1) to miss two series?
