The Prairie Dogs' front office received word that reliever John Axford was suspended following a game at SKY. During his warmup throws, his pitches seemed to have a "little bit extra" on them. The ump examined the ball after his first regular pitch and decided that, indeed, there was "a little bit extra" involved. 

Interviewed later, Axford said, "Have you seen my stat line? I need all the help I can get ..."
