MID-SEASON BALLOT
-----------------
Sean sent out a call for ballot proposals for a mid-season ballot.
If you have any proposals, please send them to Sean and me.

Any proposals which pass will not take effect until the 2015 IBL season.

Here are some previous ballots which show the proper format:

Sean will be writing proposals for switching to BF-based rest/fatigue and
utilization of the combined "lf/rf" OF rating, so there's no need to send
those.
