[IBL] POR spring training flyer

POR is done drafting as of Monday, here's an update on things.

3B - Michael Young has retired, this means any long-term/better options at
3B will be considered if you have anyone.

1B / CF / C - any surplus/improvements you have here will be considered as
well.

2B - surplus
SF Scutaro is above-average, fairly even line, 297/357/369 - 726 overall. H
range.
SF Abreu - decent part-time 2B card, 743 OPS, better vs LHP, K range @ 2B,
also 3b/ss eligible

PIT Mercer - should have a pretty solid IF card, along with SS - F, 2B - G,
3b - G
But if he can help another area could consider moving him.

SP - not bad here, wouldn't mind adding another LH SP, perhaps in a swap

LH RP - surplus previously mentioned with Wilson, Choate, Furbush
