NEWS
----
Congratulations to Matt Sivertson and the Seattle Rainiers, this year's IBL
champions after a six-game series victory over the AC Champion Chicago Cougars.
It is Matt's first IBL Championship, and the second for the Rainiers, having
won it previously in 1997.  It also breaks the AC's 5-year winning streak.

We are still missing several scores and boxscores from the playoffs.  Please
send them in right away!  At least send the scores if you are unable to send
the boxscores immediately.

We are missing:
BOW vs. KAT game 4
BOW vs. MAD games 3+
SDQ vs. CAN (entire series)


LEAGUE BUSINESS
---------------
I need an AC member to volunteer for the Review Board.  Please send me an
e-mail if you are interested.

Sean is preparing an offseason ballot.  If you have any proposals, please
send them to him ASAP.


OWNERSHIP
---------
We still need a manager for NYK.  Noel is able to perform GM duties, but needs a 
manager to play the games.  If anyone is interested in that opening, or knows 
someone who may be, let me know.


DRAFT
-----
Teams may continue making picks when it is their turn until tomorrow night (Friday).
At that point, the Draft Administrator will send the official draft order to the 
league, with extra picks removed.  Each team may only pick until their roster has
35 players.

BOW is on the clock with pick #22.

The first list, for the remainder of the current round, will be due Monday,
February 10.  The Draft Administrator will specify the time the lists are due.


TRADES
------
Trading is frozen in February, but you may agree to deals and send them in
after the draft.  The Registrar will send an announcement when you are allowed
to begin sending them in.
