[IBL] With the 1-18 pick

With much deliberation with the assistant GM and Todd Frazier the Southern Kentucky Hilltoppers has decide on its first round pick.  

Southern Kentucky reporter:  Rumors have it, that your pick had stipulations on it when you traded for Frazier.  That Frazier indicated to you that if you did not pick a certain player, that he would not agree to the undisclosed deal that we can't get our hands on.  This this True????  We want to know!!!!!!

Now now Tom, I know you understand the Law and we can not give information about the Frazier deal.  But I can say this, we are giving our newest pitcher a 10 million dollar signing bonus, and it has be sign, apostatized and delivered to all parties.  I do feel sorry for the other owners who have not signed there top picks yet, it is going to cost them with this deal.  

Tom: How in the heck are you going to pay for his Salary if you are giving him a 10 million dollar signing bonus?  The people of Kentucky don't have the money like that, and you still have to play the druggy 250 million and he can't play for 2 years.  We might have a mutany by the tax payers and I would blame them.

Don't worry time, your ticket price will not go up or the concession stand prices.  Tony Cingrani's contract is for 10 years and 100 million.  And all of that is coming out for Arods' pocket.  When we took over the team, we had every player left sign a no drug policy or they were fired on the spot.  With Arod's steroids problems, he has to forfeit 80% of his salary back to the team.  We have used that money to secure Frazier and Cingrani plus our 2nd round pick, which has already been signed but by law can't disclose who it is until 2 weeks from now.  The remaining money that we get from the league will pay for the 5-14th round draft picks.


So with no more further ado's SKY chooses with it 1-18 pick Tony Cingrani from Rice University and the Cincinnati Reds.

Thank you for your time, but we still have lots of work to do, for our last 12 picks and more money to throw around thanks to Arod.
