DECORUM
-------
Please remember that the IBL is a league for fun and enjoyment.

There have been a few incidents this year of poor sportsmanship,
arguments, and even name calling.  While a little of this occurs
every year, it seems to have escalated a little bit so I'd like to
send out a reminder that this behavior is unacceptable.

I'm glad to see that players are so invested in their IBL teams,
but remember, it's just a game.  Please don't take it *too* seriously,
and treat other owners with respect.


USAGE
-----
Please be careful with player usage.  There have already been a few
forfeits this year from players running out of starts at a position,
and two players have been used over 133%.  Make sure to update your
MIS frequently so that limited players don't stay in your lineup.


SUSPENSION
----------
I can't remember if this was reported yet or not -- TEX Cruz failed
a drug test during week 16 and has been suspended 50 games.  He is
out until week 25.
