[IBL] Tarp Protest !?

Torrential rains suddenly start.  Ground crew handle tarp poorly, rendering game to be unplayable the rest of the day.  Game is considered rained our.  However, if home team would have otherwise won shortened game as a result, road team successfully protests the game as the ground crew and tarp were considered under home team control; game must be resumed the next time the two teams play.
