[IBL] emergency activation questions

All, perhaps someone can answer an emergency transaction question for me:

Week 18, SEA Montero misses his DTD roll.  In game 1, MIN Mauer gets
injured, leaving me with no catcher when Montero missed his game 2 DTD
roll.  Per the Constitution, I was allowed to activate ARI Nieves as an
emergency transaction, deactivating MIA Marisnick.  That leaves me with the
following questions:

1.  Montero was only DTD for the home series, so he can play in the week 18
away series, correct?
2.  Is Nieves active and usable for the week 18 away series, or is
Marisnick?
