[IBL] SEA switching to buying

SEA has been unable to sell, but we don't want to go into the playoffs with
our current roster either, so I'm looking to switch to buy.  We could use
upgrades at 1B, 3B, LF, CF, a big bat anywhere (to DH), and elite RP.

We've got picks, really good young pitching (with good cards this year as
well as beyond), we could move Teixeira, pretty much anything is available
in the right deal.

If you have good cards at any of the positions above for sale please let me
know.
