[IBL] Blown Calls/ Replay

Washington and Farrell have both been tossed arguing after a replay, I think it's going to happen more as we get out of April too. Seems statistically relevant, maybe there's a way to keep it around and make an ejection possible on par with MLB frequency. Replay has been great the couple times that it has worked though...—
