Game 3, GTY at SFP

GTY finally pulled it out on the strength of Chris Davis' second HR of the game with one out and one on in the 16th, giving the Generals a 4-2 win to take the series.

SFP got things off to a quick start with 2 runs in the bottom of the first. Davis's first blast in the 4th was GTY's first hit of the game as well. GTY tied in the top of the 8th with a Rios 2B followed by an Andrus RBI 1B.

Otherwise, it was tight pitching at key spots until Neshek grooved another fat one that went into the RF upper deck for the game winner.

Both bullpens were depleted and exhausted when the game finally came to a close, and the owners are glad to know there's a day off in the schedule after the series ended.

As Brent said, it's going to be fun putting this beast into the GRS.
