[IBL] BAL Davis available

I've decided that I think I can compete with LAA Trumbo manning 1B for me
this year, so I'm putting BAL Davis on the market in order to
simultaneously build for the future.

I'd expect multiple draft picks or a couple good young players in return,
so please don't ask if your backup middle infielder and a 3rd round pick is
enough.
