</div><div><br></div><div>The free agent list now includes players who were released by their IBL team.  Anyone in the Free Agent Batters or Free Agent Pitchers sheet is draft eligible.  CIN DeLaCruz, MIA Perez, STL Walker, NYN Senga, and NYA Volpe have already been selected.<div>

</div><div><br></div><div>I made two stats corrections from the previous version -- Amos Willingham and Alika Williams had had their stats switched, as did Bobby and Bryce Miller, due to a retrosheet ID mismatch.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Christian Encarnacion-Strand's last name is too long for some of our automated tools, so his official IBL name will be CIN Encarnacion.</div><div><br></div><div>
