<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi all,</div><div>I'm preparing a ballot for voting on rule changes, and found that most of them have to do with changes to the draft, or otherwise will not take effect until next season.  So I will send those out sometime soon and we will have a discussion period before finalizing the propositions and putting them on a ballot.</div><div><br></div><div>There is one item that can be voted on now, should not require lengthy discussion, and would take effect immediately.  It will be called ballot item 2022-3 since we already had two offseason ballot items (which changed the active roster size to 26 and full roster size to 36).  <br></div><div><br></div><div>Please send your vote YES or NO to <a href="mailto:vote@ibl.org">vote@ibl.org</a> by this Monday night, April 4.<br></div><div></div><div><br></div><div>
