Yesterday I checked the
options for ordering online at the various nationwide vendors (FedEx,
Staples, etc.) and could not find one with an option for custom cuts like
ours (3 columns + 3 rows). This made me feel like the only way to be sure
to get a good result was to go into a store, which unfortunately for me
right now is simply not an option.

I've typically gone to my local FedEx Office and printed cards on their
standard white card stock (I believe it is 80#, not sure as it is listed as
"BW 1S cardstock" on the receipt). I'm happy to go with a different
color/style if there's a consensus and it saves money by combining orders.
I do not need the charts because I print mine on regular paper and then
slide them into clear sheet protectors, but again not a problem if it makes
ordering simpler.

I guess the question right now is how many other people are impacted like
me and whether it makes sense to try to combine into one larger order to
save money.
