In order of “won’t be traded” we have the following options for someone who can take a regular turn in the rotation:</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">TOR Sanchez</div><div class="">CLE Salazar</div><div class="">LAN Maeda</div><div class="">ARI Greinke</div><div class=""><====== the people above this line won’t get dealt</div><div class="">SF Leake</div><div class="">CIN Straily</div><div class="">ARI Corbin</div><div class="">TOR Dickey</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I can deal one starter from this group below the line (having shipped out Odorizzi to SDQ). Salazar and Greinke have enough injury risk that I probably can’t roll with just 6 full-time starters. I won’t just cut someone to make room.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I can also deal one of SD Alonso (has the everyday 1B job in OAK) or BAL Alvarez (on the bubble to make the Orioles). Can’t keep both BUT I won’t simply just cut one of those guys just to clear a roster spot.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">What am I looking for? Since this is a retooling year, I’m open to 2018 picks or low-PA projects.
