<div>For those of you who are grumbling about pace of the draft, you should put forward a change to the constitution and put it to a vote. The draft officially starts in February and HAV does not have to make a pick now. And should not feel "pressure" from

 the curmudgeons to make a pick.  I would encourage HAV to take as much time as they want and try to get max value in trade offers for the pick.
