Transactions can be<br>included in your GRS/mini-GRS, or sent separately to transactions@ibl.org. Also <br>please remember to send your next week's home rotation with your results.<br><br>Please send in your week 1 active rosters and rotations. There is a -1 incentive point penalty each week if you are <br>late providing one.<br><br><br>REVIEW BOARD<br>------------<br>I only had a couple people volunteer for the Review Board and need more volunteers. <br>If anyone else is interested, please let me know. It's usually a very cushy job.<br><br><br>PAT VENDITTE RULES<br>------------------<br>From Sean's e-mail, this is how we will handle the IBL's first-ever switch pitcher:<br>The rules are also online at http://www.ibl.org/~sweda/2016/03/venditte-rules/.<br><br>1) When facing a batter who is not a switch hitter Venditte is considered to<br>be throwing from the same side as the hitter (RH vs RHB, LH vs LHB).<br>2) When facing a switch-hitter Venditte throws LH and uses his italicized<br>fatigue numbers while the batter hits RH. There is a SPECIAL on Venditte's<br>card as a reminder. Note: facing a switch-hitter does not cause Venditte to<br>fatigue, he is just forced to use the italicized numbers.<br>3) Venditte fatigues based on total batters faced. When he reaches his limit<br>he is fatigued regardless of which arm being used. Similarly, Venditte's BF<br>totals for rest purposes are cumulative regardless of which arm was being<br>used.<br>4) If Venditte is injured he is considered unable to pitch for the duration of<br>the injury regardless of which arm was being used at the time of injury.<br><br><br>TRANSACTIONS<br>------------<br>The registrar will send out this week's transactions separately.
