<br>Enjoy your week off!  All results and boxes through week 10 are required <br>to be up to date at the end of the off week, which is June 17.<br><br><br>HIGHLIGHTS<br>----------<br>In last week's newsletter I reported Matt Holliday and Hunter Pence<br>
each blasting three homers in a game.  Amazingly, it turns out there <br>was a third hitter who achieved the same feat last week -- Yoenis <br>Cespedes went deep three times in a game for the Minneapolis Millers<br>against the Santa Fe Prairie Dogs.<br>
<br><br>MINI-GRS<br>--------<br>I've seen some mini-GRS submissions rejected this year because they<br>contained an INJURIES and/or STARTS section without stats.  While we <br>do need you to report injuries and starts in your mini-GRS, the parser<br>
considers it an error when they are reported without boxscores.<br><br>So the workaround for reporting injuries and starts in a mini-GRS is<br>to use a different header for those sections.  I suggest putting them <br>in parentheses, for example:<br>
<br>(INJURIES)<br>1 cf PHI TEX Nivar 5<br><br>(STARTS)<br>2 rf PHI BAL Bigbie<br><br>Then later when you submit the full GRS, you report them as normal <br>without the parentheses.<br><br><br>RAINOUTS<br>--------<br>We had another rainout this week, so I've scheduled a doubleheader for<br>
CAN@NYK week 27.  You can see the makeup games on the schedule page<br>(<a href="http://ibl.org/schedule">ibl.org/schedule</a>).  Here are the current makeup games:<br><br>Week 12:  CSG@MNM doubleheader day 1<br>Week 17:  CSG@SKY doubleheader day 1<br>
Week 21:  NYK@SFP doubleheader day 1<br>Week 24:  KAT@WMS doubleheader day 1<br>Week 27:  CAN@NYK doubleheader day 1<br><br>Remember, you should usually make up a rainout immediately by playing<br>it on the off day after the series, or as a doubleheader on day 3 if<br>
there is no off day.<br><br>Only if you are unable to make the game up immediately (for example,<br>if you have multiple rainouts, or game 3 gets rained out and there is<br>no off day) should you report it to the commissioner for rescheduling<br>
later in the season.<br><br>Also, if you are hosting a team for the last time during the season, <br>you should roll for rainout a second time.<br><br>The full rainout rules are in the IBL Constitution, section 2.1.10.<br>
