Each IBL team receives one vote.  Teams with co-owner(s) should co-ordinate to ensure only one vote is cast.  Teams that do not vote are subject to a -5 IP penalty.<br>

For the Commissioner's edit nothing is required, since no objections were raised it will be implemented as per 1.2.2.<br>
