<div dir="ltr"><div>It's looking like Skaggs will have a place in the Angels' rotation this year after having his mechanics f!@k'd up by the Snakes last year.  I'm betting he'll start to show good returns on his high prospect ratings, but I'm willing to discuss dealing him for a pick coming up or a player that helps me immediately that also has some future.</div>
